By using Dakhana Portal ("the App"), operated by Codecare Software House, you agree to these terms.
Dakhana Portal helps online sellers create, print, and track Pakistan Post COD shipments — including airway bills, money order forms, and delivery status checks.
Since all business data is stored locally on your own device, you are responsible for keeping your device secure and for backing up your data (via the built-in backup features) as you see fit. Codecare Software House is not responsible for data loss due to browser cache clearing, device failure, or uninstallation without a prior backup.
The App offers a free trial (limited number of bookings) and a paid Yearly plan (Rs. 5,000 per year, unlimited bookings). Payment is currently processed manually via JazzCash, with account access granted or renewed after manual verification by Codecare Software House. The Yearly plan must be renewed before its expiry date to continue booking new orders.
You agree to use the App only for legitimate business shipping and order management purposes, and not to misuse the Pakistan Post tracking lookup feature (e.g., automated bulk scraping outside normal business use).
The App is provided "as is." Pakistan Post tracking data is fetched from a third-party public system (ep.gov.pk) and its accuracy or availability is not guaranteed by Codecare Software House.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
